HyperDock App Reviews

Great !

Very very useful app ! Very low memory usage, light and easy to use, flawless ! One of the most useful apps on Mac. It just misses the ability to hide the dock icon automatically when launched on startup ;) and also, sometimes, the iTunes cd pictures doesnt show, but thats not that important !

déçu

Ne marche pas version os 10.11.3

The App is great but we need an urgent update for Mac OSX Mavericks!!

I’ve already sent a message to Hyperdock’s support and developer team pointing out the issues I’ve been facing in Mavericks…I just can’t use the Mac without Hyperdock, this is one of the most useful apps I’ve ever download for the OSX. However, after updating to OSX Mavericks Hyperdock doesn’t work smoothly as it used to anymore….I mean, I can’t get the Finder Window or Browser tabs bubbles at all, even after updating the app to version 1.4…in order to get windows and browser tabs preview again I had to install another app called DockView while using Hyperdock just for Window snapping, a total mess!

Toll

Klasse App, funktioniert perfekt!!!

Excellent App

Great application, very useful. I recommend it to all.

Sashalom

It doesnt worth a damn. I just spent $10 for nothing.

So helpful!!!

I am extremly more productive with this app, I can now have the snap and window preview feature which i missed A LOT from Windows 7 is amazing. Also the scrolling on a icon in the dock to minimize/maximze it are even better than Windows 7. Finally if there is just one thing you should get this for is the itunes volume and media control when you hover the cursor over the icon. Totally worth ten bucks I recommend it to all.

Please help..

First of all let me tell you that this is the best windows snap and preview app but i found a problem when i click on keep hyper dock running in background and then close the app, everything works for 10 minutes and then just the windows snap feauture works not the window preview. Please fix this. I have to always have the hyper dock icon on my dock. And can you make an option to run the app as a menu bar app? Thanks, but overall I love this app

More like Windows

Im recently got a macbook pro and this app just make it feel more like home!

Great App

This is a great add-on to Mac OS X. I think apple should consider buying this firm and its product

Absolutely perfect

It not only gives you the thumbnails of the windows but it also snaps the windows to the sides of the desktop plus full screen or centred. Love it! Really worth the money.

Works Great

Much of the software Ive used that adds these sorts of features directly to the OS often cause other problems, but this software works perfectly and seems to have no side effects. If this is a feature you want, this software solves the problem as if it was native to the OS.

Recommended to Anybody

Ever since Ive owned my Macbook Air I have had this app and all I can say is that I absolutely love it! It does exactly as it says and makes using my Mac so convenient! Apple is crazy for not incorporating the features that are given by this app.

Really amazing addition to OSX

People coming from PC will most definitely appreciate the functionality this application provides. Being able to automatically resize windows on screen with no wasted space that you wouldve introduced doing so manually makes work on multiple documents much more productive. In addition, the clean, seamless visual style of previews and other effects makes this app feel like a built-in component of OSX itself, i.e. no unpleasant visual design clashes between home OS and third-party application. All in all, a great component, definitely worth $10.

Must have - Can’t live without it

I cant live without this. It makes switching between windows so much easier -- you can go right where you want to go! There is a clear difference in productivity and workflow with and without HyperDock. No more confusion about where the hell is the window that you are looking for, switching again and again between different windows to find the one you want. You will never get lost in your huge sea of windows again. HyperDock lays all the windows of an application before you and lets you preview them in full size so you can better see what that window contains. It also increases productivity by 200% when you need switch windows frequently just to look at something else while you are working on something, like when you need to refer to a website for information while working on a text document. You don’t need to switch windows anymore. With HyperDock, you can simply hover the thumbnail of the website and take a peek without actually switching to it. If you just need to take a brief look at something, HyperDocks full size previews save a LOT of time. I agree completely with people who say that this is something Mac OS should have by default. Its really a must have. The extra feature that maximizes windows when sticking them to any side of the screen (snapping windows) is extremely handy. Side note : If you have used the trial version before and are stuck with the prefpane, right click on it and delete it.

finally updated in app store

hope update in mac app store can be faster next time

Great!

Ive been using this app for a couple years now. Its awesome, definitely worth it. Its nice to see an update after so long. Thanks!

A Must have app

This is a great app, works perfactly.

It does not work with Matlab

HyperDock does not work with Matlab (r2013a). I bought this software, mainly for gaining navigation speed among diverse open programs, specifically when using Matlab, but now I am dissapointed due to this bug. Please fix this error. Thanks.

Doesn’t work as advertised

I’ve had too many issues with this app. Mainly, it just doesn’t work as advertised. If an application is minimised, and you roll over it in the Dock, nothing shows up. It only works if the application is open and visible on the desktop; which defeats the whole purpose of the app. I’ve contacted the developer’s “support” several times over the past months, and haven’t received a single response. It’s a shame because this would be really useful if it worked :( Note: I’m running OSX 10.9.1 (Maverics). Perhaps this app just hasn’t been updated to work, but considering that Maverics came out months ago, I would expect them to have updated it by now. I’ve had the same issue on all three of my Macs. Really wish I could get a refund. It’s basically useless to me at the moment. Well, I really wish the developers would fix it or at least respond to my support requests. I’d love for this to actually work for me.
