Does not work with this version

Does not work well with this version, otherwise fantastic

Makes my mac 100x better

This app does wonders. Snapping windows (yes, even 4 at once), maximizing wiindows, window previews. Honestly without this app using my mac would be a terrible experience, just because of the weird native window zooming.

not enough

there is deley option for popup but no delay option or animation for disapperaring. so when it disappears you see the original apple popup still there and slowly disappering. so application seems to me not entegrating it self to yosemite. it makes me feel a bulky application running in beatiful yosemite. this small detail decreases the quality of the app a lot for me. i hope they are gonna come with an update fixing it, so i may start usuing this app.

Garbage...

This app was good. It works for awhile and then stops working. It needs to be fixed where it works all the time. Its extremely frustrating.

Stopped working in Latest Ver of Yosemite

Not really sure what happened but HyperDock would just stop working (or something is killing it) after a few minutes of opening, even when I keep it foregrounded. This issue started happening a few weeks ago.

Good app - poor support

This is a very good app/idea. Which also means I grew to rely on it. I posted a couple of support requests and questions (drag to a desktop from mouse over thumbnail, resizes the window arbitrarily) - but no response from developer nor was it fixed. Part 2 This is the second time I’m reviewing this crucial product. The reason is simple: this vendor (and whatever Apple store policies supports this behcvior) does not update the product purchased in the App store as often as he does the version you download directly from his web site. The result is a buggy product - if you were foolish enough to purchase it through the App store. Which basically mean I have to purchase it twice. But beyond this, Appl’s OS engineers in their wisdom will not bake some of the obvious feautres into the UI directly. It’s time Apple engineers will do what Microsoft Windows designers have been doing (according to the die hard Apple folks) - immitate the competition. Some features have been baked into Windows version 7 for over a decade.

Good stuff!

Love the functionality this adds! As a note, when I play songs streaming from apple music in itunes the album art does not update on the player you get when you hover over the itunes icon, the album art stays as the last offline song. This could be an issue with itunes or my computer, rather than the application, so i didnt reduce my rating because of it.

Doesnt work after the update

Ive been using 10.8.5, but the updated version for Yosemite makes the app trash for me. Technical support doesnt help with this problem. I regret buying it...

Great app

Its exactly what I need. One thing, that is missing in App Store release (but available as standalone installer) is integration with Macs System Preferences.

Minimized Windows

Не показываются свернутые окна, это очень неудобно! Not shown minimized windows, it is very inconvenient!

Awesome UI tweak

The title says it all. Pretty good app. I’m surprised it still works on OS X Yosemite, exactly nine months after the latest update. I agree, though, that a UI refresh is a welcome change.

Don’t work on OS X Yosemite!

How long to wait for update??

Apple Music

Hey guys! If you are still supporting your app, please add a full compatibility with Apple Music. For now when I listen anything in iTunes from Apple Music I can’t see it in dock and cant like it of course. Fix it please.

MUST HAVE! EXTREMLY USEFULL!

…and shame for Apple Developers (may be they not Humans else), after Steve Jobs death they forget about friendship between Mac and Human… I also advise you to include in defaults settings of Dock Items Tab of HyperDock settings for Any Dock Item: Action Event Quit App Double Click Hide App Scroll Up Activate App Scroll Down and lets also uncheck box for iTunes Preview Options - Scrolling on the iTunes icon adjusts volume This is very useful for hide/unhide applications by scrolling on Dock Apps Icon only and double-click to Quit… I find your hiding/unhiding function of Hyperdock extremely useful for saving time and recommend to Apple! and for all Mac rumors…

bug fix

Don’t start at login with Yosemite. bug fix please.

Great app but get the website version

This is a great app but I strongly recommend buying it directly from the authors website rather than through the App Store. The MAS version (v1.5 as of this writing) is several years old and seems to have stalled at Yosemite compatibility, while the web version (now at 1.7 and supporting macOS Sierra) is regularly updated and costs the same.

Actually costs $10...

Been using Hyperdock for a long time. There have been numerous glitches here and there, but it works well for the most part. However, today, I made the mistake of opening the settings to adjust some things and got a new message: “Your trial has expired”. Trial? A trial was not mentioned when I downloaded, and indeed wasn’t even implemented when I initially downloaded the app, which was free at the time. Sorry, but forcing users who have already downloaded your app BEFORE you implement a price to go back and pay before they can continue to use it is a steaming pile of bull. I will be looking into alternatives.

Likely a dead project, no multi-monitor support

I really wanted to like Hyperdock. It could substitute for BetterSnapTool for me and seeing window previews was kind of cool. And it worked great for a long time. But then recently I got an external monitor for extra real estate. And HyperDock flat out does not work with more than 1 monitor. Window snapping sometimes triggers and sometimes doesn’t, depending on which screen is fullscreen. The window popups appear on the wrong screen consistently. I’ve just uninstalled it because the benefits were outweighed by the huge usability issues. The last update to the app was in 2014. That’s now 18 months ago. No official El Capitan support, no multi-monitor support. Can’t recommend.

something wrong

It is said that in OS10.9 "Please enable "Access for Assistive Devices" in the Universal Access pane of System Preferences, or click Enable to let HyperDock do it for you.” But I can not find the Access for Assistive Devices in OS10.9 anymore, and the “Enable” is not useful.

Doesn’t functioning on OSX Maverick

it stopped working on OSX Maverick, also, in Mountain Lion I have to restart it everytime I wake up my computer. Overall it is pretty good.
